Bathroom Fixtures and Fittings Fixtures and fittings are a very important part of a Bathroom Renovation as it does decide the look of the final product. These include Tap ware, Basins, Vanities, Toilet Suites, Baths, Spas and Tiles.and when chosen correctly make for a spectacular result in terms of Bathroom look and ambience. Make sure that all fixtures are also functional and are of good quality. Tiles are a fundamental to a functional elegant Bathroom , today there are numerous choices on the market and it is up to you to decide which ones will suite. Larger size tiles have become popular today and have the effect of making a smaller space seem taller when laid in a vertical pattern. Using smaller tiles in a horizontal pattern will make a short space have the appearance of being longer. The color and finish of the tiles are also important as color co-ordination is the make break point of a truly aesthetic bathroom.
The next bathroom remodeling theme that seems to be growing in popularity is the "rainforest" theme. This can be easily achieved by integrating bamboo flooring, and bamboo wall covering. Mixed with trimmings of woods, and grains, virtually every component of the bathroom can be integrated into a tropical retreat. These days, you can purchase window blinds that display tropical rainforest themes, and even shower curtains that reflect this theme. If you elect to use this particular theme when remodeling your bathroom, it is important to integrate accessories and artistic prints that reflect the bright birds, trees, and plants that reside in these cherished tropical sanctuaries.
Surplus Supplies: Many people stock up on deodorant, shampoo and other supplies when they do a large shopping. These items clog up the usable space in the bathroom and make it very difficult to keep the bathroom storage space organized. One important way to create better bathroom organization is to remove these items from the bathroom altogether, or at least to contain them. Purchase a large storage container and label it clearly to say "bathroom surplus" or another similar title. Then, place all of your extras in this container, and keep it with your other storage items. If you don't have storage space, then keep it in the bathroom, but place it directly under the sink and make sure that all surplus supplies continue to be placed together, in this designated container.
